Terms and Conditions - Robotics Corner

These terms apply to every enrollment in a Robotics Corner program, course, or cohort made through roboticscorner.tech. By ticking "I agree to the Terms and Conditions" at checkout, you confirm that you have read and accept them.

1. Enrollment

Your seat in a cohort is reserved once your payment is confirmed. Payments made by InstaPay or mobile wallet are confirmed after our team reviews the proof of payment.
You must provide accurate personal and billing details. Certificates are issued in the name you enter at checkout.
Enrollments are personal and may not be shared or transferred to another person without our written approval.

2. Fees and Payment

All fees are shown in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and must be paid in full before the program starts unless an installment plan has been agreed in writing.
Promo codes and discounts apply only to the enrollment they were used for and cannot be exchanged for cash.

3. Refund Policy

You may request a full refund within 14 days of your payment date. A 5% processing fee is deducted from every refund.

Example: if you paid EGP 10,000, you will be refunded EGP 9,500.
Refund requests made after the 14-day period are not eligible for a refund.
To request a refund, contact us at info@roboticscorner.tech with the email address you enrolled with and your payment reference.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or wallet provider.

4. Schedule Changes

We may change session dates, times, instructors, or location when necessary, and we will notify enrolled students in advance.
If we cancel a cohort, you may transfer to another cohort or receive a full refund with no processing fee.

5. Conduct and Equipment

Students are expected to treat instructors, other students, and lab equipment with respect.
You are responsible for any damage to lab equipment or robots caused by misuse. We may remove a student from a program for serious misconduct, without a refund.

6. Course Materials

Slides, recordings, code, and other materials are provided for your personal learning only. You may not resell, publish, or redistribute them without our written permission.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect when you enroll applies to that enrollment.
